My main responsibilties as an agent in the Competence and customer support group at Hrvatski Telekom include resolving written customer complaints, administrating user requests, administrating user data in various applications and providing customers with information about services an products. Resolving customer complaints often includes making decisions.

I started working as an inbound contacts agent for T-Com customers. During that period i provided customers with product and service information, administrating customer request and telesales. After a year as a T-Com agent I was in the first group of agents to complete T-Mobile training an become a multi-skill agent providing support for T-Mobile as well.

As a founding member as well as board member of Klub Urbane Kulture Slatina my responsibilities include organising events for promoting urban culture, organising meetings and agendas of the club and other various activitic connected with the club and promoting urban culture.
