My main responsibilties as an agent in the Competence and customer support group at Hrvatski Telekom include resolving written customer complaints, administrating user requests, administrating user data in various applications and providing customers with information about services an products. Resolving customer complaints often includes making decisions on financial approvals, communicating with various departments of the company. It also includes finding solutions for and adapting to difficult situations.As an agent i always exceed my given targets in terms of efficiency an quality as well as performing special task required of me.

I started working as an inbound contacts agent for T-Com customers. During that period i provided customers with product and service information, administrating customer request and telesales. After a year as a T-Com agent I was in the first group of agents to complete T-Mobile training an become a multi-skill agent providing support for T-Mobile as well as T-Com customers. Soon after completing the mentiond training I was promoted to a senior agent for exceeding my sales and guality targets. Before transfering to the Competence and back office group my responsibilities included inbound and outbound customer contact, telesales, coaching junior agents on sales and processes, resolving priority an escalated issues and varios administrative assingnments.
