The site was among top 9% low latency sites in the world and generated over $100M by its 3rd year.• Lead teams to build an Online Marketplace for Sears and its subsidiaries. • Built a complete Product Information Management System for Sears - SPIN, which is integrated with Sears Marketplace as well as all Sears Holdings sites that carry product and product content information. • Managed Development budget of over $25M annually.• Introduced various new technologies to Sears Online Business • Lead teams that development and maintained the several customer-facing sites

• Under heavy deadline pressure lead half of Walmart.com Engineering Department in the effort of successful porting of Homewarehouse.com platform to become a new Walmart.com site.• Delivered multiple systems, enabling Walmart.com to become the 3rd leading E-commerce website in the world.• Directed multiple teams responsible for content setup, order and financial management, reporting, fulfillment systems, release, security and internal tools of world’s largest retailer’s E-commerce platform. • Being deeply involved in the development of all core systems, managed development process and deliverables; aligned technology strategy with company goals and business operations. • Scaled backend development organization 10X+.
