• Experience with log interpretation (petrophysics);• Specialist in well log acquisition in cased and open hole;• Expert in several tools, including: sidewall coring, fluid sampling, pressure tests, tools using radioactive sources, electrical and ultrasonic logs, magnetic resonance, etc.;• Expert in operations using explosives, as: packers, punchers, cutters, etc;• Onshore and offshore experience on most of the sedimentary basins in Brazil: Northeast (Rio Grande do Norte, Alagoas, Sergipe e Bahia), Southeast (Espírito Santo, São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro) and remote locations in the North (in the middle of the Amazon Rainforest);• Offshore and remote locations` logistics experience;• Vast knowledge, operation wise, to optimize the different number of tools running in the well and their combination, decreasing costs and saving rig time;• Used to deal with New Technologies and Technical Databases, including field tests and tech centers feedback;• Used to work with Geologysts and client representatives, thus being an interface for what the client really needs and what the service companies may offer;• Knowledge on how contracts are made between oil companies and service companies and how they can be managed to help pushing the service companies to be in line with the cost saving objectives;• Participation in Accidents investigation and Internal Service Quality Audits;• Experience on accident`s prevention and mitigation using proactive thinking regarding Quality, Health, Safety and Environment;• Operations Management and Supplies Procurement: Used to get in charge of the whole base and all crews: Requesting buying orders, assigning teams to jobs and having meetings with clients to discuss past and future jobs, thus checking their feedback and future needs for equipment and personnel;• HSSE Leadership at the wellsite, developing JSAs and leading crews of up to 12 people on a single operation;
