Experience with operated assets, focused on ESPs operation and daily surveillance, liaising with Topsides and Production Technology teams, on a daily basis, to maximize production while improving reliability.Specialist in Electrical Submersible Pump application and design, subsea hardware and subsea intervention using rigs, vessels, and ROV. On the operations side, experienced with Alarm Management, Limit Diagrams and De-bottlenecking management.Active vendor engagement, managing contracts with focus on safety, cost and performance. Experienced in decreasing OPEX, changing and improving hardware, championing operational procedures and processes continuous improvement, to reduce turnaround and increase reliability.

Experience selecting vendors, selecting completion/intervention designs, creating procedures for Deepwater well completions/interventions and its execution on the rig. Also experienced in creating optimized plans for logistics, loadouts, onshore testing, contingencies and QA/QC. Focused in HSE and operation optimization.Active drilling operations follow up with close engagement with Subsurface team, to brainstorm real time challenges, especially during reservoir section to increase success of deploying lower completion (geo steering, wiper trip and casing shoe decisions, etc.).
