Having specialised in workflow, business processes management (BPM) and case management, covering consulting, solution design and architecture, project management and implementation.For the last 18 years Igor has been working for Nintex K2 an independent software vendor (ISV) that builds software on the Microsoft .net platform that enables people and businesses to rapidly create process based business application using the K2 tooling.Igor has worked on many BPM projects from inception through to delivery. These engagements have span across the United Kingdom and Europe.Igor works not just on the technical and process aspects of customer engagements, but helps manage the commercial dimensions of projects as well as solution selling. Having played a number of roles in his career Igor thrives to utilise his core strengths which are working with customers and their staff to understand their business problems and help develop their strategies, design their roadmaps and using technology to enable alignment to the business objectives.Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft and Google platform has been instrumental in understanding how these technologies can be positioned and adopted to meet business requirements.With experience in both pre-sales and post-sales implementation Igor has extensive experience in communicating at a technical level to developers and at a business level to the business through to C level executives.Since Igor has always had a love to explore different technology at a low level this has given Igor the ability to create a vision and direction with business leaders and actually take an idea and in a very short period make it a tangible prototype.
