First year testing a complex ERP system for housing associations. Then began testing the .net tool to facilitate the operation of the transportation application, which then grew into a (mostly embedded) multi-year project where in some moments were engaged more than 40 employees. In addition to the coordination of tester team activities I was in charge of coaching and mentoring new testers, delivering and installing SW on acceptance and production environment, defining the requirements with developers and product owners, maintain the configurations and in some periods team coordinator.
