Collaborated closely with Product teams, Engineering, and other designers to identify enhancements opportunities within the Retail systems of the group, as well as to explore the implementation of new functionalities. Focused on a corporate data integration and orchestration system, leading the creation of a new system from scratch, utilizing agile methodologies throughout the entire development cycle, from initial needs analysis to final delivery. Conducted synchronous and asynchronous research and testing, refining skills in evaluation, data synthesis, and business strategy formulation.

Played an active role as a UX/UI Designer intern in the Dev.Academy project, where I took a leading role in Product Design. Gained valuable insights into design practices in large-scale projects and agile methodologies within multidisciplinary technology teams. As the designer, participated in the creation process of a new product from discovery phase to final delivery. My performance resulted in a full-time job offer upon project completion, now integrated into Grupo Boticário.

Collaborated with partners in multiple sectors, honing my skills in project management related to the design of visual identities for small businesses, graphic design, and campaign creation for fashion companies. Primarily operated in communication and marketing teams, where I coordinated and executed projects requiring multidisciplinary skills, ensuring the delivery of effective results aligned with business strategies.

As a member of the communication team at INOVE - Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub of UFC Quixadá, conducted activities focused on project management and teamwork collaboration. Developed digital assets, planned marketing strategies for the hub's social media channels, and provided support to other teams and events, demonstrating essential skills for collective success and project execution effectiveness.
