As a Software Engineer III, I'm responsible for mentoring some of the team's developers, helping with the architecture, planning, implementation, deployment and maintenance of systems.Most of the time, we have to develop new mechanics that will be used by our Unity team, and I help to validate some solutions and suggest new ones, thinking about possible future paths for that feature, always trying to keep it aligned with the company's values and goals.I try to simplify, refactor and bring new ideas to most systems as possible, advocating good programming practices, helping with some big scope decisions, creating tools that could ease systems' development and creating backend, frontend, and infrastructure standards.During this time, I've also focused on developing my cost analysis and optimization abilities. On our AWS account, I've been able to create systems and architectures that reduced our costs in the most expensive services that we use (DynamoDB, EC2, S3, CloudWatch and CloudFront), hitting up to 40% cost reductions.

Helped the development of a platform called Faster. This platform is shared between some of Movile's group companies and helps with some common tasks.During this period, I worked mainly on the following modules:• Faster Analytics: a system that receives events sent from the users of registered applications, process and distribute them to the company that owns that app. This system has a load that can hit over 2.5 billion daily requests.• Faster Account: manages user authentication, token generation, identity validation and some identity-related features, like localized password reset, email confirmation and OTP emails.• Faster Billing: handles users' one-time purchases and subscriptions, this module creates a facade between some billing platforms (Stripe, AppStore, GooglePlay) and the application that integrates with them. Along with the SDKs, this module allows easy development of in-app purchases and subscriptions in our apps.• Faster SDK iOS: Faster's SDK allows even faster app's development, it has a "self-service" architecture that provides to the developer pre-made integrations with Faster's API, AppStore, GameCenter and so on.
