    After my 15-year career as an athlete, Physical Education and Sports Performance Student and Heatlh Clubs Manager, I decided to extend my knowledge and experience in management, in a new environment and industry.I joined a project initiated by my brothers in 2001, with the ambition to lead the operational development giving a structure prepared for the desired growth.My role during these first 5 years in Drivania was the procedural and operational development of all departments of the organization.Achievements in the first period were:- Organization of the operational department of customer service and relationship with suppliers.- Improved pricing processes and customer response times, focusing on the development of the rate calculation algorithm. What comes to be a "taximeter" for early calculation and guarantee the pre-booking of services with a very low margin of error.- Definition and development of the work operations of the departments of account receivable and payable. - Establishment of Staff Recruitmen Policies and Organizational chart of the company.- Incorporation of specialized personnel for each function.The global financial crisis in 2009 affected the strategies and budgets of our customers, which had a significant impact on business performance, with a reduction not only in growth forecasts, but also in the turnover of previous years.The years 2009 and 2010 involved a major effort to reorganize strategies and decision-making in relation to the containment of spending, and search for financing systems to pivote growth and expansion of the company
