The usage of open-source tools allows us to make a highly integrated and cost-effective solution.- implemented an automation platform, that allows custom automations. Using this platform, we've developed a wide range of automated processes, and integrations, as well as data collection and processing tools. - implemented unified ticketing and task management system for a global distributed IT department. It became a platform for all IT processes, workflows, and automations.

Responsibilities:- Effectively manage a team of 6 people to achieve the highest quality of IT services;- Plan, build and enhance local IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security, Virtualization, etc.) that will be ready for any business requirements of the most dynamic office of the company;- Take part and manage global projects, collaborate and share experience across the multinational company;- Meet the highest level of security requirements at all levels of IT infrastructure;- Manage budget and IT purchases;- Organize and support accounting of Hardware and Software assets;- Provide IT support for extremely high levels of recruitment, as well as satisfying IT requirements of the diverse structure of internal teams;- Support all IT and technical-related day-to-day operations of the office;- Bring the highest standards of quality to the work of an IT team.Achievements:- Successfully built from scratch robust and resilient IT infrastructure and processes of the Kyiv office. Manage to integrate it into global Playtech infrastructure, as well as meet all security standards.- Organize and implement overnight office move of 300+ employees of Playtech Kyiv office to new Business Center with minimal resources and no downtime to the business. Plan and control construction work of IT infrastructure in the new office;- Create and optimize processes that allow support of a diverse RnD office of more than 600 people with 7 employees in the IT Team.

One of two system administrators who support, maintain, and develop a distributed IT infrastructure of national scope (more than 18 branches in 15 cities of Ukraine, more than 600 employees).Achievements:- Initiate and began implementation of the principles of ITIL in the IT infrastructure of the company;- Initiate, manage, and implement the project of conversion of corporate network infrastructure to modern, more reliable, and scalable technology (Layer2 over MPLS). Implement simpler, more reliable, and versatile network topology and architecture;- Initiate and implement the migration of IT infrastructure to the virtual environment. This significantly reduced TCO and time of deployment of new services, improved reliability and manageability;- Engaged in the development and implementation of outsourcing project of the company's server infrastructure that allowed dramatically improve safety and reduce costs;- Initiate early use of the business processes in the internal accounting system.
