• Projects include helping with the creation of the Request Personnel Action (RPA) process for the Human Resources team. Creating this process impacted the HR department on a large scale by automating the process for 2500+ RPA tickets along with 20000+ RPA tasks.• Developed new processes to help streamline 850+ tickets to ensure a simple and easy way for customers to receive services. Project changes and updates which have been made to previous processes impacted 5,000+ tickets.• Implemented global changes including the creation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to help track the amount of time it takes for a fulfiller to respond to a ticket and resolve a ticket. This process also sends reminder emails to the fulfiller to ensure that requests are being completed in a timely manner.• Created over 85+ testing tasks with instructions on how to test a specific product or application that was developed by me to help ensure that the customer is getting the fully functioning product that they requested.• Provided technical assistance by completing over 50 requests including data transfer, dashboard issues, and application bugs.• By using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and Sharepoint together, I was able to create an efficient and user-friendly process for employees to order office supplies. PowerApps allowed the creation of a custom form for employees to submit their orders, which was integrated with PowerAutomate to automate the workflow process. • PowerAutomate also allowed the ability to set up notifications and alerts for when orders were submitted, approved, or denied. Finally, Sharepoint was used to store all the relevant data and documents related to the ordering process, such as inventory lists, order history, and approvals. Overall, this streamlined process saves time and increases productivity for everyone involved.
