Responsible for direction and general supervision of all company activities; definition of the company strategic guidelines, short- and long-term objectives and plans; co-ordination of activities of all organisation units; representation of the company to any outside institution; performance of day-to-day administration of the company; execution of any authority delegated by Supervisory Board

Responsible for the co-ordination of activities of the companies which are part of the Power Sector in Russia in order to maximise their market penetration and achieve budget targets; the co-operation of his Sector with the Companies of the Transport and T&D -Sectors in Russia. Representation of Alstom in the Board of Directors, as Member of the Board, of the companies where Alstom had shareholding (Power Sector).

Responsible for implementation of Sales and Marketing strategy in Power sector in Russia; organisation of Sales and Marketing processes; management of budget of Sales and Marketing processes; organisation of continued support to Sales and Marketing team during contract negotiation; obtaining intelligence regarding activities/intentions of competitors.

Responsible for the co-ordination of activities of the companies which are part of the P-Segment in Russia in order to maximise their market penetration and achieve budget targets; the co-operation of his Segment with the Companies of the I- and T&D -Segments in Russia; assessing external growth opportunities and contribute to implement them, once approved; the definition and implementation of an ambitious service strategy for the P-Segment in ABB Russia.
