Plan, coordinate and perform subsea construction projects in accordance to operational procedures, national and international standards and clients requirements. Make operational meetings with the offshore teams and client to align the steps and resources that are necessary to perform the projects. Plan and review offshore installation procedures, work instructions, lift plans, risk assessments and management of changes forms, ensuring that all documents are followed. Perform daily reports, schedules and service reports in accordance to clients requests; Plan the activities and resources for loadout projects, during port calls. Keep the synergy between departments involved in the projects (Deck crew, ROV, Engineering, Bridge, Crane and Technical Supports). Coordinate subsea activities with another support vessels during simultaneous operations. Lead the team to a safety behaviour in order to ensure that all jobs are performed safely and in accordance to the companies safety policies.
