The plan set a benchmark for the development of Transmission and Distribution Integrated plans, serving as a guide for ENMAX Power's capital investment and revenue requirement strategy. The T&D integrated plans have since resulted in over $100M+ combined of deferrals and savings.• Led a team of planning engineers in developing the 20 year Calgary Area forecast (2019-2039). Duties include scheduling and assigning work to colleagues, base case modelling, point of contact with AESO, power flow contingency analysis (PSSE), Python scripting to automate case studies, arc flash studies (SKM PowerTools), alternatives assessments etc.• Performed studies, modelling and facility ratings in conformance to TPL, FAC and MOD standards• Owner (and technical lead) of the development plan for the North 69 kV System Replacement Project worth $250M+, spanning 15 years. Providing technical leadership and oversight of the Business Plan to the project team, along with mentorship of a junior asset engineer in the successful preparation of a North 69 kV capital replacement business case.• Developed the 36.5TR Capacity Upgrade Business Case for the reliability improvement of the North 69 kV System and defended it successfully to the AESO

• High Priority Distribution Reconductoring Project – assigned to deliver high profile, reactive 20 kilometers of reconductor projects in sensitive neighborhoods with tight deadlines.
