Day-to-day management of the "Oxford Mile" properties - Innovation Centre and 277 Front (in conjunction with Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Intercontinental Hotel).This position is engaged in training, supervising, and leading the property management team; assisting in capital projects alongside Operation and Construction teams and reviewing lease administration tasks. It is actively involved with creating customer relationships to foster a sense of community and respect by anticipating needs, holding value, and work as genuine partners. The position consists of preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, and evaluate monthly reporting of income, expenses and capital expenditures to improve the bottom line while maintaining lease obligations, oversee operational project completion, and create engaging marketing initiatives.
