With the full support of the Agate leadership and board, I stepped down from my leadership position in Agate to take on full-time responsibilities at Mythic Protocol..Mythic Protocol is a venture-built entertainment franchise looking to upend the prevailing notions of web3 projects, IP ownership, and blockchain integration. Here, I helm the creative development of the world, our unique approach to products within the entertainment space and the novel integration of web3 technologies to create a first of its kind experiential entertainment ecosystem.

In late 2019 I had the pleasure to have been invited to join Agate's senior leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer. In my transition period I have been tasked with evaluating all of Agate's products and marketing pipelines while creating plans to reform and elevate the company for further expansion.In 2020 through 2021, I restructured Agate's internal marketing teams across our the Mobile, Console & PC, and Enterprise divisions to meet the new challenges and opportunities that came with the global pandemic. I created, implemented, and educated the use of new marketing pipelines and systems that would see a ten-fold increase in creative productivity and content efficacy.By 2021, my focus shifted towards elevating the creative output of the company by creating and implementing new creative culture guidelines and product ideation pipelines. Culminating in the enactment of a moonshot initiative, the strategic and tactical decisions made within the creative department prepared Agate to be well positioned in the web3 space as the need for development services began to peak.With the rise of web3 trends, I spearheaded the initial exploration into the space, technology and potential integration into Agate's core business. Over the span of 3 months, a small exploratory team and I would see to the creation of multiple products and ecosystem designs that sought the integration of blockchain, NFT technologies, and gaming.2022 brought with it an opportunity for a new venture: Mythic Protocol. In my last six months at Agate, I created the world, universal frameworks, and web3 focused product strategy for Mythic Protocol. With initial funding support from Agate, Mythic Protocol entered a seed raise with a growing team of Agate founders and veterans along with a cadre of worldwide talent.

Following Shop Ketti's rapid growth in early 2018, I transitioned into an advisory role, offering marketing, branding, and strategic expertise to my partners from Jakarta as they executed the day-to-day operations of the Shop Ketti in New York.In early 2019, I led our exploratory expansion into the South East-Asian market that would see us establish and run a small probationary development house in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our three month long stint in-country would see the creation of our upcoming systems and lay the groundwork for potential growth in the region.

Working on Forged of Blood has been, and continues to be one of the most amazingly challenging experiences in my career so far. As Creative Director, I have taken on the task of world-building the world of Attiras, designing the game's visual presentation, and writing the game's story, text, and lore, while leading and managing the creative development of the studio along with the branding and marketing of our game. After three years in development, I am proud to say that Forged of Blood is now available for purchase on Steam.

As Marketing Manager, my duties cover the gamut of branding, marketing strategy, media liaising and of course creative execution. Working closely with our executive producers and development team, I built and expanded upon the studio's brand presence and executed the marketing needs for the studio's debut title: Grimm Odds.
