Samokat is Russia's biggest instant grocery delivery service. I'm in charge of orders fulfillment: picking, delivery and administration. My team goal is to improve offline service quality and reduce costs through process automation, performance tracking and people motivation. Besides we have launched the delivery of new product categories: wide range supermarket, food, medicines, cosmetics, orders from online stores.

Since I had joined Segmento it has become one of the largest Russian advertising platforms (DSP and DMP). I improved existing products, launched video and in-app advertisement as well as unique online-to-offline researches.I was in charge of product strategy and roadmap, technical solution, UX, new products introduction and product marketing. I devoted a lot of time to business process automation and machine learning algorithms working closely with Data Science team.

Built and managed ad operations department. Constantly improved business processes and effectiveness of ad campaigns.

Managed the development of IZI.travel audio guide platform: Web, Android, iOS and Windows phone applications, CMS for audio guides creators.

Developed Event Ticketing Software from scratch in 6 months, later it was used as a base for kassir.ru backoffice.

Developed new content management system for image, audio and video distribution including conversion, billing and copyright.
