Ignatius Grande has been advising corporations and law firms on complex information management, eDiscovery, cybersecurity and data privacy business challenges for more than 15 years. He oversees large and complex eDiscovery matters, and he has served as a neutral forensic examiner on several matters. He also advises companies on their data privacy and data security practices and helps them to understand their regulatory obligations, including CMMC, DFARS, NIST, and FedRAMP requirements. Ignatius has spent most of his career working for large global law firms and he has also served as in-house counsel to a commodities trading company. He is the Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial & Federal Litigation Section, and he teaches a course at St. John’s University School of Law. He is a frequent publisher and speaker on issues related to information governance and social media. Ignatius holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
