* When a competitor called SevenFifty began to encroach on Beverage Media core markets, I transitioned to the Bevmedia marketplace website and redesigned the user interface so that it worked well for buyers and sales reps.* Initiated outreach to retailers and sales reps to build engagement around differentiating features. Conducted in-person training at sales meetings for dozens of prominent distributors. *As a result of the redesign and marketplace engagement we grew GMV on the website between 20-40% YoY for 7 years reaching a total of $500M.* Built strategic partnership with a leading sales force automation tool to deliver sell sheets, product metadata and ratings to sales reps further expanding Beverage Media reach into new markets.* Designed and executed Data Governance project that leveraged Beverage Media’s metadata and matching technology for a leading national distributor.* Regular presenter at WSWA’s CLD events, VinExpo, Wine2Wine, and WITS conferences.

* Designed and project-managed the creation of the Bevsites eCommerce platform for liquor stores; a complete soup-to-nuts solution that included POS integration, product content and a shopping cart specifically for selling alcohol beverages online.* Grew a customer base of leading independent stores by leveraging Beverage Media’s network, presenting at regional Package Store Association meetings and the Wine & Spirits Guild.* Bevsites became the leading eCommerce solution for wine stores for more than a decade with hundreds of stores on the platform. We were the first platform to support stores selling on Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, and other wine directory and shopping comparison sites.* Wrote a monthly column called “Talkin’ Tech” for the Beverage Media for 15 years, which was syndicated to other Beverage Journals.
