As Compliance Manager for SteriTech my current focus is to review and update our processes and systems for the implement an Integrated Managements System. I'm currently leading a small Implementation Team within our organisation with a focus on this activity.Once implemented I will coordinate activities and through continual improvement ensure continued compliance to our IMS system. This includes, legal and internal policies with a focus on Quality Management, Health and Safety Management and consideration of environmental management.

As SteriTech’s project department manager my core responsibility is the management and successful completion of all new equipment sales contracts. As a department we are helping to drive GMP Pharmaceutical equipment sales and ensuring comprehensive project management through our supply of Stilmas, Fedegari and Olsa equipment.

As Lead Sales Engineer my core responsibilities are new equipment Sales and Project Management of Stilmas, Fedegari and Olsa equipment.

Over 3 years managing projects between SteriTech, Fedegari/Stilmas and our end customers in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries of the UK and Republic of Ireland.There are a number of key areas that had to be overseen during the period of these projects making sure customer’s requirements are met and timelines are kept, such as:- Final clarifications of scope of supply- Design Qualification and Hazop meetings- Technical documentation supply and support- FAT support- Sitework documentation creation and review (FAT, IQ, OQ)

Over 3 years supporting Fedegari and Stilmas products, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration as well as technical interventions and installation assistance on equipment such as:- Autoclaves- Ovens- Pure Steam Generators

A 1 year secondment to the office of Fedegari in Dublin, PA (USA) to assist with the Sales and Project Management of Fedegari products in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries throughout North America.The secondment had a number of objectives:- Assist the Sales Manager in marketing and quoting Fedegari products- Perform customer visits for Fedegari presentations and sales meetings- Perform a project manager role with any current or new sales as per my role at SteriTech- Overall knowledge transfer between myself and the Sales Manager
