Billing Inventory Tool (BIT) Project Manager for AT&T LABS – Managed a very large ColdFusion application. The scope of this project is the contractual support of the existing or potential VTNS customer base. This base has an on-going need to revise or re-price their service arrangements. To facilitate this process requires a complete inventory of the customer services. VTNS includes many different products and services provided by AT&T.The application plays a vital role in the conversion and life cycle requirements of VTNS customers. The VTNS product is a bundled offer of voice, data, inbound and outbound. VTNS is currently provided to approximately 200 large customers with revenues of $275 Million per month. Each VTNS customer represents approximately $1 Million billed revenue per month. The current VTNS application is used to process approximately 65 VTNS re-files per year, slightly more than one per week.
