I am working currently in the Maratha Esports as a Server Head which gave me opportunity to tackle some responsibility and helping me to gain knowledge about running server with smoothness and how we can grow audience also how to give opportunity to underdogs team of esports.

In my current position as an ambitious and results driven scrims and tournament head of all games in MTB Esports, I have had the privilege of spearheading operational excellence from May 2023 onwards.MTB esports is a prominent name in the esports industry, and in this critical role, I lead various aspects of the organization's operations to ensure seamless execution and drive the team towards continued success.

EPL Esports was my second opportunity in the esport where i experienced responsibility and planning of full Scrims Tournament for our Server to grow in a competitive situation also to provide the underdogs teams opportunity to enter in esports and grow the community and showcase their skills and gameplay.I was working alone in the department as i was able to manage all the things by myself without any assistance of anyone.EPL Esports was sponsored by Rooter.gg And ExitLag so as i was head of scrims and tournament i maintained good relation with both companies as they were our official sponsor.
