In this role as Marketing Manager I'm responsible for:- Developing the Marketing Strategy for the Benelux Market - Managing On- and Offline Marketing Activities- B2B and B2C Brand Management and positioning- Team development- Media budgets and -buying

My key responsibility and accountability as Traffic Acquisition Manager is to lead the improvement of all traffic acquisition activities with a focus on increasing online sales and return on investment.- Implement and optimize systems and processes for Traffic Acquisition- Leading the implementation of Webanalytics and conversion optimization tools- Defining KPI's and reporting for stakeholders and senior management - Analyzing and reporting online sales, conversion and traffic figures- Analyzing visitor journeys and improving ad placements and conversions- Leading local teams on how to organize and improve their activities
