- Studying requests received from Business Units and preparing the requisite vouchers for system input.- Getting officers/managers approval of vouchers and posting in the finacle system.- Ensure that loan disbursement based on authorization matrix and bank policy.- Input of financial/ non-financial transactions in the fiancle system (which includes disbursement of loan, loading of limits as per Facility Record Sheet, interest rate maintenance for loan and Over Draft, grade change… Show more - Studying requests received from Business Units and preparing the requisite vouchers for system input.- Getting officers/managers approval of vouchers and posting in the finacle system.- Ensure that loan disbursement based on authorization matrix and bank policy.- Input of financial/ non-financial transactions in the fiancle system (which includes disbursement of loan, loading of limits as per Facility Record Sheet, interest rate maintenance for loan and Over Draft, grade change etc.)- Updating of forex limits / tenor in KGR & ERS applications.- Ensure that the daily vouchers – financial and non-financial – are handed over to the services unit along with supportive documents for checking.- Maintaining diary to follow on customer portfolio such as loading repayment schedule, drop of Temporary Over Draft, update interest, amalgamation of the deals with the master loan.- Ensuring that daily activities assigned from the Corporate Risk Administration Department diary are carried out and that the dairy sheets are returned to the diary after action.- Assisting to the officers / mangers in review of limits, interest rates, grade, expiry or review dates etc. input in the system on an ongoing basis and carrying out corrections, if any.- Investigation into requests for refund of income.- Coordination with operations at local branches for remittances, issue of manager’s cheque, end of day activities etc.- Back up for the entire members in the operations unit.- Attending to the queries from Relationship Managers relating to the system inputs.- Reporting to the managers, incidents of any mistakes in the system maintenance- Assistance to the other units in Corporate Risk Administration Department (CRAD) as and when requested.
