-Lead the team of Field Service Engineers.-Handle the day-to-day technical services with the team.-Lead, develop, organize and manage by objective (MBO) the team effectively.-Coach and develop individuals’ skills, competence and potential.-Create an environment in which the team can deliver according to the expectations.-Communication and Coordination at all levels (Technical and Financial including CRM software) with: International suppliers, customers, company departments (Sales, Logistics, Procurement & Supply chain, Administration).-Regularly coordinating with the company directors.-Manage and follow all Technical Support Maintenance Agreements.-Manage and handle all related technical sales projects.-Responsible for the team training programs, performance and continuous improvement.-Team leader and responsibilities for the departments of installation, maintenance & repair services for laboratory equipment-Technical leader for product training and technical presentations for continuous improvement of work quality and staff efficiency

-Requirement analysis and planning of technical laboratory environments-Planning and design laboratory sites design for new clinical, quality control & scientific systems installations-Project management and coordination with headquarter in Europe and with main customers to apply the company solutions-Project coordination between different company divisions in Europe to supply equipment of major clinical labs in Lebanon-Design, dimensioning and qualitative improvements of large laboratories

-Installation, commissioning, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, calibration & adjustment of High-Tech scientific, medical, pharmaceutical (analytical) and quality control laboratory equipment including IQ/OQ/PQ - Validation.-Assisting customers 24/7 by answering questions and troubleshooting technical problems through phone, email, TeamViewer, and chat.-Install computer hardware configurations, software, and updates.-Troubleshoot basic networking and software issues.-Run scheduled PMs as well as emergency corrective actions, for TGAs, DSCs, LCs, GCs, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, Flow Cytometers, and FTIR Analyzers.

-New Xray Tube installation for VARIAN TrueBeam STx KVS arm.-Preventive maintenance on VARIAN TrueBeam STx and Clinac ix Radiotherapy systems including:--MLC leaf motor, spindle, and T-Nuts replacement--Collimator Motor replacement--Primary and secondary potentiometers replacement--Calibration for collimator after motor replacement.--Gantry PM and Electronics checkup.

- Daily routine checkup on medical equipment mainly ICU, laboratory, and ER.- Intensive training on cleaning and repairing Dialysis machines.- Train doctors and technicians on handling and operating new equipment.
