Rural Access Programme-3 (Project): Responsible for the supervision of construction and maintenance of rural roads in two different remote districts of Nepal. The works was based on the concept of sustainable green roads for the economic development of local people. In the first half period of three months, duty station was in Doti district of Nepal where seasonal maintenance works were carried out. Performed Rapid Condition Survey of four district roads and prepared the estimates for ARAMP (Annual Road Asset Management Plan) preparation of FY 2074-75. Was also involved in workers group mobilization, orientation, monitoring, inspection, and bill preparation of routine and specific maintenance works. Performed procurement of internal transportation of construction materials and preparation of work estimates, as built AutoCAD drawings, contract documents. Worked in close coordination with the local worker groups and the government officials of the district.In the second part of my work period, worked in Kalikot where new road was under construction. Monitored the works done by Road Building Groups/Specific Building Groups and supervised them for the construction of district roads. Had done rate analysis and estimation of bioengineering works, preparing the inventory of tools and materials, work monitoring for construction and maintenance of rural roads following the work procedure and safety regulations. Was responsible for the verification of completed works for the issuance of Interim Payment Certificates. Worked in collaboration with the local resource users’ committee, local workers and government officials of the municipalities of the district.

Trained and volunteered for Rapid Visual Damage Assessment of physical infrastructures such as residential buildings, offices, schools in many locations to assess the impact of the 2015 earthquake in Gorkha which was organized by Nepal Engineers' Association.
