From a young age, I was aways surrounded by two things: business and music. I took an interest in music immediately, owning my first drum kit at the age of two. Through experiences in multiple bands and projects, I began to realize that these groups were much like tiny companies. These companies needed structure, management, goals, and teamwork. As my interest with the business side of being a musician grew, so did my fascination with the creative realm of music and media. In 2016, I earned a BA in Music Technology with a professional focus from Capital University. Today, I am the co-owner of Voltage Production, LLC and a lead member of the small business/musical group/band, 'The Fiddle Revolt'. At Voltage Productions, we focus on live sound reinforcement and professional audio while providing honest quality. 'The Fiddle Revolt' is an original alternative blues-rock band, based in Akron, OH. I'm a musician in the band (drums and keyboards) as well as a producer/audio engineer for the group. For both, my business and my band, I create content whenever possible. From making a promotional video to mixing an album(client or self) to developing a marketing strategy, I strive to bring new ideas to the table. My background in inventory control and customer service goes a long way in any situation, as does a minor focus in psychology throughout college. Learning how to interact with others productively is a priceless tool. Creating something together is how we change the world.
