Responsible for the startup of the new plant of Sunroof with all the IT requirements from scratch, Infrastructure, Communications, MPLS, Data Circuits primary and secondary, IP Telephony services, SAP implementation and production lines.Beside this important project, I have to adjust the IT Processes in the main facility such standard applications, new IT services, Team Member improvements and development.All the IT services has been consolidated and are under control.Management of 3 plants in the Bajio Area with a single IT Team, providing to the company the services of Helpdeks, Internal development, EDI communications, MES for production lines and SAP support.The main objective of my position is to ensure the operations of the plants providing the support that is need it under the IT global standards, develop and take care of the current assests of IT, such as computers under leasing, servers, storage, network and microwave communications between the sites to have a full redundancy to avoid any business disruption.Beside the main objectives I got for the company savings per year around 2 million pesos, working with my team to develop tools to generate this savings, vendor negotiations and internal improvements.Being part of global rollouts and key player due the fact that these 3 plants are the biggest in the world for BOS.

Dawnfoods is the lead of bakery products for all Mexico with the main supermarket chains like Walmart, Soriana, HEB, Sam’s and Costco, being our headquarters in USA and with different Plants in Mexico, USA, Brazil and Europe consolidating the product distribution around the world.My position as a Senior IT Manager for Mexico and Latin America, is responsible for the IT Area such as Infrastructure, communications, Help Desk, and team of the PMO Leaders for the SAP implementation for all the modules, ATR, MEX, MDM, OTC, PTP, SCM for our Head Quarters in Monterrey and implement it in our Mexico Facilities, like Mexico City, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Tijuana, Coatzacoalcos.The IT Team is conformed for 11 team members that report to my position, who I have in the following Areas, Infrastructure, communications and Help Desk, ERP SAP, Application Development and Electronic Invoicing.Being responsible too for the Brazil facility to provide all the IT support Related to achieve the corporate goals.Based on my experience I drive a new role beside the IT Manager responsibility, where I drove the business for the Continue Improvement project for savings with a target of $ 4.4 Million pesos starting on Jun 2014 and with the due date of December 2014, with the IT / SAP / CI Team we achieve the savings and surpass the goal in 51.63% in December with the great final result of $ 6.671 Million Pesos. In 2015 I was assigned to a Continue Improvement PMO to align the savings of the company driven the result to $ 20 million pesos, working with all the areas of the company we achieve the number based on the business process redesign and new saving culture.Startup of the new Head Quarters at Mexico City moving the current one from Monterrey N.L. to the new building at Mexico city without any major issue.Creation of 3 Distribution Centers around Mexico country with all the IT services in place.

As an IT Manager I'm in charge to develop all the strategy and setting up all the Systems for our main project for P&G from zero.This is the biggest plant in the world of P&G and Sonoco.Setup the MDF and IDF's, all th LAN and MAN Network, Budget for IT for equipments such as Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Wireless network, Mobile devices, IT Projects. Program Manager, Six Sigma and Green Belt Methodology.In general an Excellent project.

Start from Zero this Autmotive Plant of Pistons, starting with network cabling Cat 6, VoIP, SAN, 16 servers Dell and all the platform Dell Laptops and Desktops.MDF Creation with international standards.3 Data Circuits with Alestra (AT&T and T-Systems).SAP Implementation (all Modules) FI, CO, SD, WM, MM, etc.Cisco equipment, Servers, Phones and Wireless Antennas.

Another Division of Kolben Schmidt ask for my services in Chihuahua, Chih. Startup of this plant too with all the services implemented like VoIP, Cabling 6, Cisco Equipment and Platform DELL.This Plant operation was handled remote of my Celaya Office.

I was in charge of all the infrastructure, comunications, Data Bases, support, Vendors negociation and Site.Besides that I work with my HQ in US to make all the rollouts for the company.Excellent Company.

In charge of 40 persons to provide phone support to US regarding all the HP Equipment.
