· Carry out measured building surveys and produce plans/designs in AutoCAD. All plans are drawn in AutoCAD and subject to deadlines as set out in the service level agreement with the client. · Plan and manage internal moves for different organisations.· Maintain and support software applications company wide (the network is supported by an outside consultant.)· Carry out any training on software applications (generally this is for MS Office applications and AutoCAD.)· Produce quotations, orders, presentation documents, tender responses and PQQ’s – these are generally done in either Excel, Word or PowerPoint.· Part of project team to develop and re-launch the company website.
