I have 8+ years of experience with software development using Ruby and JS. Apart from Ruby on Rails framework I've worked with Sinatra, React JS, Angular JS, Elixir Phoenix. I also have plenty of experience with background parallel processing of large data pools. I've worked a lot on optimising RDBMS usage for production applications. I have worked with multiple CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Codeship), metric tracking systems (DataDog, New Relic), log gathering systems (Bugsnag, Sumologic).I appreciate when the working process encourages cooperation not only between developers but also between technical and non-technical members of the delivery team. I believe that effective communication between all stakeholders makes 51% of the project\s success. Other 44% being quality implementation and the rest 5% being luck (e.g, factors out of our control).While working on my current position I took part in multiple educational/company development activities including facilitating technical workshops, holding tech-talks, improving interviewing processes etc.
