Senior Test Engineer, Testing Team Lead
Current- Planning of testing team activities, distribution of tasks between team members. Control of tasks' execution and progress tracking.- Curriculum development for new team members and knowledge transfer strategy design; coaching and further mentoring.- Evaluation of team members' skills during assessment, providing feedback and recommendations.- Analysis and modeling of requirements, clarification requirements with PO (customer).- Estimation of testing activities, participation in proposal preparation.- Test strategies and test plans design, creation of test reports.- Creation of status reports, risks identification and development of a risk handling strategy.- Dynamic functional and usability testing (smoke testing, user experience testing, module testing, integration and API testing, system testing, regression testing, cross-browser testing).- Accessibility testing (compliance of WCAG and PSWG standards).- Creation of test documentation: checklists, test cases, bug reports, user stories, traceability matrixes.- Holding of demos for the customer. - Participation in interviews of candidates for various positions in the Testing Department.- Elaboration and conduction of internal training courses for the Testing Department (topics - Accessibility testing, Estimation for Test Engineers).- Contribution to creation of training materials for the internal knowledge base of the Testing Department.- Writing articles on testing related topics for the Company's corporate site.
