Through the journey in bussines development, he succeeded in opening 6 food and beverage outlets within 1 year, and managing for total 8 employee. Second he manages a retail company, as a provider of truck parts and heavy equipment in collaboration with one of the state-owned enterprises. And now he's taking on an even bigger challenge by getting into the digital industry by developing a start-up called "LACROVE STUDIO" as co-founder.Ihsan thinks that business is not a matter of how much money is made but how much impact is felt and can help many people.
