Develop and establish relationship with all pharmacy teams (manager, counter team…)• Developing a routing system that optimizes coverage and frequency to consistently achieve call metrics• Developing a thorough business plan for the most strategic pharmacies• Setting SMART objectives for each visit, regarding sell-in and sell-out actions• Using commercial policy and value proposition to determine strategy and tactics to maximize customers’ growth and commitments towards Abbott• Executing store-checks, check stock levels and follow-up sell-out data at each visit• Ensuring that Abbott’s brands are effectively available in store (right range, available stock), visible when applicable (space management and display, in store communication, promotion), and actively recommended (counter team skills development, motivation…)• Organizing and managing Product/Brand related events for customers
