Dekan Cup 2019 is an annual series of events held by BEM KM FK Unair, consisting of "Airlangga Inspires to Run (AIRun)" which was joined by 1100 runners, sport and non-sport competitions, and culminated in "Anesthesia", a well-renowned music festival in Surabaya that managed to attract a total of more than 4,000 attendees, representing a 25% increase compared to the previous year. The theme for Dekan Cup 2019 was "Alternating Euphoria," which was established to raise public awareness regarding the ever-emerging polemic of drug abuse. To uphold our social responsibilities, 10% of Dekan Cup 2019's collective profits were given to YKAKI as charity, and all remaining profits were used to fund Bakti Sosial FK Unair Angkatan 2017.As the chairman, my responsibilities included:- Working under the direct supervision of Dr. Achmad Chusnu Romdhoni, dr., SpTHT-KL(K) (Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga) and Dr. Gadis Meinar Sari, dr., M. Kes.- Establishing renowned external collaborations with various vendors, sponsors, guest stars (Kahitna and Isyana Sarasvati), public authorities, and other stakeholders.- Initiating the first-ever AIRun, which has continued to grow and has been repeated annually since.- Building and leading a responsible core team of 30+ people with its subdivisions of a total of 200+ committee members and managing their performance and expectations.- Organizing an effective workflow through weekly meetings and frequent team gatherings.
