Current In the capacity of curriculum design and development, I am entrusted with the responsibility of aligning instructional content with the specific industrial requisites outlined by parent employers. Methodically preparing lesson plans, delivery materials, and worksheets is a pivotal aspect of my role, adhering rigorously to the quality department's approved pacing schedule and module profiles. Furthermore, I engage in hands-on laboratory activities to realize practical Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs). Leveraging advanced Information Technology (IT) techniques and resources, is integral to my approach in delivering training sessions. Collaborating closely with the Head of Department (HOD), I actively contribute to ensuring the consistently high quality of curriculum delivery. The ongoing refinement of the term assessment strategy is a collaborative effort with the HOD, aimed at evaluating, measuring, and meticulously documenting the learning progress and skill acquisition of our trainees. In adherence to quality department guidelines, including the pacing schedule and module profile, I undertake the creation of assessments to comprehensively cover all criteria specified in the module profile. In the realm of administrative duties, I am responsible for the finalization of results within the LMS and quality-approved grading sheets, carried out in a 13-week trimester. Furthermore, I compile transcripts and certificates for all graduated trainee batches, incorporating On-the-Job Training (OJT) scores when mandated by the trainee affairs team. Additionally, I am tasked with the preparation of departmental timetables, which are communicated to both the team and the trainee affairs department. At the conclusion of each term, I diligently prepare trainee portfolios as mandated by the employer and undertake the formulation of Performance Management System (PMS) reports for the trainers, aligning with the quality department's exacting requirements.
