After successfully starting up the new Chemical Plant Project ClO2 with a 60ton/day capacity, I've become one of the process operators at ClO2#6.My main responsibility as a process operator is to support the DCS operator as the person on the field to adjust flow, pressure, or temperature. Keep the plant housekeeping as part of 6S. Took daily samples to know which parameter needs to be adjusted or keep it as before.Keep a record of what job has been done every shift in the operator log book.

Joined as Chemical Plant Commissioning Team for FL3B Project in APRIL as Project Operator in CP#6, CA#2, and O2#5. Contributing to checking out equipment and piping lanes based on Isometric Drawings and 3D Drawings to make sure they're the same as the ones installed on the field. Contributing to doing lanes and equipment flushing before the commissioning started. Doing cold water run & hot water run when all lanes & equipment are ready as part of commissioning. Successfully starts up CP#6 Chilled Water system as one of the utilities used at CP#6. Successfully energized TC to powerized the Electrolyzer to build up liquor from Brine. Successfully starts up Generator to produce ClO2 that is used at FL3 B's new bleaching plant. And successfully light up the HCl Synthesis unit to produce HCl.

Maintaining ClO2 process production as CP#1 Operator. Contributing to finding abnormalities in equipment and piping lane in the field. Contributing to CP#1 shut down due to preventive maintenance.

Analyzing water samples in PT. Pertamina RU VI Cilacap Utilites unit to match within the predefined parameter for water quality. Keep the injected dosing chemical into the specified unit according to their required parameters in kg/day, that is including maintenance of the dosing pump, setting the optimal flow for the dosing chemical, and giving recommendations to the operator on how to optimizing the quality of the water produced in the utility unit of PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap. Become Leader Shift whereas I'm supervising 4 other people.
