SCM Head of largest manufacturing site within Zoetis Network: End to end SCM responsibility for two manufacturing sites ( Nebraska and Ilinois ) with ABI manufacture of monoclonal antibody, bacterial and viral derived antigens; biologics aseptic filling, lyophilization and packaging; and solid dose, creams and ointments pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging supporting $2+ B USD revenue and ~1000 SKUs, supplying to more than 100 markets internationally. Co-leader of overall GMS inventory reduction initiative ( above site role ) for Zoetis GMS organization overseeing 1.5+ B inventory for all GMS sites.

Ensured the full implementation of new SAP/ERP system and ramp-up of all sales & distribution processes to new Elanco Animal Health systems after the acquisition of Bayer Animal Health. Achieved ~$1billion gross sales for legacy Bayer AH portfolio in 2020, supporting significant yearly growth rate (>12%) during the pandemic.

Responsible for all end-to-end SCM related activities within Product Supply Animal Health NA with ~ 45 people under direct leadership + 35 3rd party staff. Reporting departments: Production Planning/Finite Scheduling, Change Management, Master Data, Procurement-Call Off, Sales & Distribution Warehouse, Production Warehouse, Project Management Group, Active Tolling Management, CMO Management, and S&OP/Forecast Management. This includes the planning of production after alignment with the Businesses at the Supply Center Shawnee and at local 3rd parties as well as the accountability of the 3rd Party Logistic Service Provider Warehouse for overall distribution to North America.

Leading end-to-end SCM related activities within Product Supply Animal Health NA (>$ 600 M annual sales turnover & 140 M Inventory). Reporting departments: Production Planning, Change Management, Procurement- Call Off, Sales & Distribution Warehouse NA, Production Warehouses and CMO Management. Started the restructuring of all SCM activities under 1 department by integrating several functions into SCM department.

Responsible for the supply of 150 Mio yearly packs to the Turkish market. Overseeing the following departments with total of 24 white collars: Pharma, Consumer Care, Animal Health, Diabetes Care, Order Processing & Customer Service, Master data & Product Life Cycle Management, 3rd Party Distribution Warehouse ( 12.000 pallets ).Has been leading several cross functional projects including :- BCC Roadmap Project : Finalist 2012 Bayer CCMT Leading Growth Award.- Route 99 Project : Winner 2009 Bayer CCMT Leading Growth Award

Acting as support to the “Technical Operations Director”, accountable for the delivery performance of TechOps and ensures the coordination between the marketing and the TechOps. In 2008 (YTD), achieved 107 % delivery with only 93 % of Period Cost Expenses (PCE) budgeted.

Mustafa Nevzat Yenibosna Production Site -Istanbul - Turkey- • Managing and supervising portfolio of projects within Yenibosna production site. Implementing new tools and methods to manage projects within TechOps. • Project manager of several technical projects including a new office construction project.• Coordination of new product launch for US market, main contact person for the supply chain issues within TechOps.• Member of the local audit team participating to the the US - FDA audit. First finished production site to be approved by the US authorities in national history.

• Responsible for secondary packaging of imported products for 3 sectors in Turkey: Pharma, Consumer Health (OTC), Ciba Vision. 50 Millions of price printing on all FGs distributed to local market in 2005. Management of 80 persons including 3 engineers and 5 technicians with 8 lines. • Initiated the reengineering of the unit by defining new roles and responsibilities, created self sufficient teams, segmented the shop floor team by sectors, implemented performance productivity KPIs (on going). Improved the actual delivery performance to 99, 8 % with 0 stock out for the period covered. Achieved the unit’s 2004 budget targets with 9 % of saving.

•« Lean Manufacturing » champion for Huningue site in 2004. Implemented the project group « 30/30 Task Force » where the final target was to reduce pipeline lead time from 80 to 30 days. By the end of 2004, the pipeline lead time was reduced to 32 days with a significant reduction of active substance storage lead time.•Project manager for local PIP project “PISTE” initiated by AT Kearney. Responsible for the coordination and the follow up of process optimization, cost reduction and reengineering projects in Huningue while reporting directly to site steering committee in his functions. Total saving of 1.8 M € achieved at the end of 2 years project term.•Initiated and implemented the “line efficiency” project for all packaging lines. Improved the suppository line efficiencies from 50 % to 80 % at the end of 2 years period. •Implemented the visualization project which consists of communicating visual KPIs in shop floor.

•Responsible for the management of 5 packaging lines delivering 80 % of overall production volume -60 millions packs- of Novartis Turkey. Responsibilities: daily production planning, team management -30 operators-, implementing continuous improvement projects, optimization of product distribution in between different lines, process validation, equipment qualification.•Improved the efficiency of the pilot packaging line from 40 % to 70 % during the first year of the project in cooperation with the maintenance team.•Improved the alignment and the cooperation with different services. Customer service for the local market increased up to 100 % for the last 5 months in 2001.

Completed the mandatory military service @Air Force Headquarter in Ankara.
