I rejoined Prenetics to lead the Group's digital transformation and ERP project for our NASDAQ IPO and also served as Interim Lead for South East Asia & Partnerships.

Facilitated cross-functional initiatives and collaboration across business, merchandising, quality, inspections and technology teams to define features based on business needs.Li & Fung is a global trading company that manages the entire supply chain for consumer goods for clients such as Kohl’s, Lululemon, Tommy Hilfiger, and Ralph Lauren to name a few.

Served as the interim Head of Product and interim Head of Operations responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the B2B and D2C product portfolio and operations across APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO, I managed 8 direct reports and led cross-disciplinary teams of 40+ employees across various projects.

Key Achievements: • Full responsibility for the product design and execution of CircleDNA - the first Whole Exome Sequencing genetic test in the consumer market. Launched CircleDNA in China (April 2019) followed by Hong Kong (July 2019) in partnership with A.S. Watsons. Rolled out CircleDNA across 80+ markets.• CircleDNA generated USD 4 million in revenue from the first 6 months (excluding China sales).• Played a key role in starting up Circle DNA, a joint-venture company with Berry Genomics in Beijing, China.• Rebuilt a highly interdisciplinary product team comprised of Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers and Product (UI/UX) Designers. Reduced product operating costs by 20% in eliminating third-party dependencies.• Oversaw the end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement, vendor management, warehousing, inventory control to fulfilment before and after the launch of CircleDNA. • Established supply chain infrastructure to meet a 260% increase in test kit production and distribution.

Key Achievements:• Led the consolidation of myDNA Pro from 3 applications into one multi-language mobile app for Prudential Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Philippines.• Co-led the product design, delivery and launch for OneDNA+ for HSBC HK.• Launched Gene Start for Herbalife.• Other clients included FWD and Cigna.

Atiom is a micro-learning platform that drives performance and shifts behavioural change for frontline teams. I was part of the founding team primarily responsible for the customer experience, strategy and design.• Developed pitch decks for investors and clients - successfully won our first RFP with Porsche China. Other clients included Marriott, Westin and Swire Group.• Assisted in the sales process from discovery to pitching and providing product demos.• Facilitated the Business Model Canvas workshop to identify new business opportunities.• Responsible for requirement gathering, designing user interfaces, prototyping, maintaining the product backlog and managing the product delivery and release cycles.• Managed internal and external designers and engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget.

iTutorGroup is an online education unicorn in China and the biggest English-language learning institution globally.• Led user experience design initiatives from research, discovery, design, and prototyping to usability testing.• Designed and pitched new concepts to the Executive and Senior Management teams that led to new initiatives. For example, developed a new CRM system for 200+ customer service agents helping to monitor customer activities, analyse customer risk scores and track real-time KPIs. Successfully launched new call centre wallboards for CS managers, a new WeChat Mini Program, and an upgraded English language learning portal for end-users.• Collaborated closely with the Customer Success department to identify pain points and improve customer service touch-points such as streamlining the process for customer contract transfer approval requests.

Shopilist is the pre-Airbnb Experiences that connect local stylists and insiders with travellers looking to experience a wide variety of personalised shopping experiences around the locals’ favourite gems.Developed pitch decks for investors and clients. Responsible for UI/UX design, product management, vendor management and investor relations. Launched our first iOS application and recruited early adopters and business partners, such as Macy’s, for our beta product test.

Yeh IDeology is a talent strategy and recruitment agency helping employers connect with talent in design and innovation. Select clients included Samsung, Deloitte, Clorox and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.Initially joined as an intern and went on to manage the company's business development pipeline. Revenue exceeded the quarterly target. Co-facilitated service design workshops that helped to simplify our customer onboarding experience.

Led workshops for new student and staff orientations for the 3D Print Lab, Laser Lab, Wood Shop and Casting Room. Managed shop inventory and rental systems at the Equipment Resource Center. Provided tool maintenance and machine repair as needed across all facilities. Assisted students in their projects.
