I have a background in Sociology and Sociocultural studies, and I'm passionate about using social science to enhance employee engagement and promote diversity and inclusion. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Sociology, focusing on European Societies, at Freie Universität Berlin. My studies are helping me learn how to design and evaluate Human Resource programs that respect individual differences and include diverse perspectives.I'm motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact through my work, helping to create supportive and inclusive environments for everyone.
