During this period our department was responsible for the pre-selection of all the candidates that responded on the telephonic call center vacancies. Our department was responsible for the telephonic interviews for the inbound, outbound, technical customer service, financial customer service and general customer service vacancies.Besides the general tasks required in the internship I developed a funnel system which allowed us to keep track of each individual candidate. This funnel enabled us to reflect on our work through clear data and thus recognise possible bottlenecks.
