As a Finance and Accounting Manager I am responsible for managing daily operations of finance, accounting, and taxation. Responsible for financial statements (PSAK and IFRS) and forecast financial statement. Manage cost of goods sold with other department (inventory control, cost control and make a recording procedure for other department). Assist in coordinating the preparation of the draft audited financial statements and all tax returns in accordance with Indonesian taxation laws and regulations. Work with HR department to ensure all salaries, allowances, benefits, BPJS and taxes are correctly calculated, salary payouts are made on time. Make and revise a Standard Operating Procedure to ensure all transaction is in good control. Work with the accounting supervisor/staff to ensure all journal records are correct and in accordance with the accounting principle. Make a tax planning and responsible for tax reporting (Pph 26, Pph 21, Pph 4 ayat 2, Pph 23, VAT and Corporate Income Tax). Work with other department for budgeting report and realization report. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement an organization-wide financial strategy that is in line with the organization's vision and current and long-term business goals. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop teams to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and in accordance with established guidelines.
