JobGo is an all-in-one online recruitment platform. Our aim is to make the recruitment process faster and easier for recruiters and job seekers alike. Our platform offers a built-in recruitment management system, which allows recruiters to manage all their recruitment processes in one place. My duties as Talent Acquisition Manager include:- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications- Posting job ads- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases and social media - Conducting interviews and filtering candidates- Screening candidates’ resumes and assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills- Conducting reference checks- Continuously develop and improve the JobGo recruitment process- Build and nurture client relationships
