Billing back office work. I contacted corporate customers by phone, email and chat. My responsibility was to check the content of the invoices, solvency of the companies and financing invoinces. In addition I was responsible for solving collected invoices and creating content on social media.

As the café manager, I was responsible for the operation of the café. My responsibilities included shift lists, reporting, settlements, orientation, budget management and inventory. In addition I took care of the other tasks in the café.

The job was customer service with additional sales to consumers. Customer service happend by phone, email and social media. My job duties also included handeling returns, giving training to salesgroup, doing translations and assisting with HR tasks. HR assignments were preliminary telephone interviews.

Working as a confectioner was wonderful. I was completely resposible for making sweet products. I made cakes, biscuits etc to order. In addition, I took orders and handled coffee events.

As a main waitress, I was responsible for the functionality of the lunch restaurant hall, as well as customer satisfaction. I worked also as a cashier, where I also handeld settlements.

My first job! In this work I made bread at a baking point. In addition I also put the products up for sale. I was also the youngest employee at Fazer. Only 17 or 16 years old!
