As a Senior Business Designer with a human-centric and data-curious mindset, I lead data management consultants and data architects. My background in social science equips me to address complex, wicked problems alongside dynamic fusion teams. I excel in clarifying product-market fit and translating it into actionable, measurable roadmaps with clear KPI’s. In addition to my team lead role, I also serve as a lead consultant for our clients, representing a business outcome-focused angle within design-oriented teams. I specialize in translating customer needs and market opportunities into strategic or product-level initiatives, leveraging design thinking and management consultancy skills.Currently, my primary focus is on learning about leadership in fusion teams, and creating value out of data & AI. My experience spans various industries, including public sector, insurance, social and healthcare, education and employment services, parcel & e-commerce, energy, and transportation. I give high value to building products on a future proof foundation. To me this means: resilient culture, flexible architecture and data models to adapt changing needs. I’m familiar with Master Data Management, information architecture and models on a conceptual level. When it comes down to choosing a technology for the purpose or writing code, I rely on others expertise.

I joined Palmu Inc Finland in 2014 and took responsibility for public sector clients and projects. In three years we grew from 30 to 60 employers. We were a community of multidiscipline professionals with passion to solve complex problems using design thinking. On 2017 Palmu was the biggest service design agency in Finland and joined forces with Solita. Now the saga continues in six countries, with the same passion to solve problems worth solving.

When I joined the board, the organization was familiar to me. During this time, we have navigated numerous challenges, starting with the pandemic, selling the child protection services, adapting to the social and health care reform, and executing a more focused strategy.

Socca is a network organisation, owned by the Helsinki metropolitan area municipals. I was involved in several projects on reseach, service design and teaching.
