I am a first-year BBA student at Christ University, Delhi NCR. In finance, marketing, and analytics, I look to consistent learning and growing as a leader, and I am committed to these values both in and out of the classroom. My academic experience is complemented by real-world experience that also helps develop skills both analytically and as a leader.Currently, I am doing certifications in Project Management and Data Analytics with Google and doing a course in Leadership Skills by IIM Ahmedabad. These classes are infusing a good, robust understanding of project execution, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership strategies and, with these, it is possible to overcome today's complex business world.A landmark leadership development has been a 10-week leadership program undertaken by CCHS. There, I learned the most crucial EQ skills, including self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal communication. The above skill set was just irreplaceable when chairing the Students' Council, where I head initiatives to improve and enhance students' engagement and teamwork.I can clearly remember this when doing my research paper on AI and blockchain, where I was able to examine how emerging innovations change industries in addition to boosting my analytical mindset while further inculcating a passion in me for data-driven solutions.I also took part in the case study competition at IIT Delhi, where I got a chance to apply my analytical skills to real-world business problems. Through my role within the Alumni Cell, I help to further develop my communication and relationship-building skills by strengthening professional networks between alumni and students. At Theatre Club, I get to use my creative side while witnessing talented performances-a great opportunity to hone one's skills through performances in public speaking and teamwork.Recently, I completed numerous business pitch competitions at Christ University Delhi NCR, collaborating with a team to pitch strategic solutions to real-life problems. I have built upon my leadership, analytics skills, Perseverance Quotient, and creative problem-solving, integrating those skills for impactful business decisions and innovativeness.
