Close relationship with customers from marketing and human resources to identify the feasibility in funcionality of their needs against the ARBOR (charging and billing), PEOPLE SOFT (Customer Care) and PREPAY (prepaid cell phones) platforms.. Analyzes the cost, time required with the stakeholders and technical resources. .Lead the project team to the implementation phase and project closure

• Coordination with each project manager to build testing portfolio related with customer areas.• Coordination with technical system team to build testing environment such us billing, marketing, sales.• Identification of strategies and methodologies in quality assurance to implement in testing area• Communication projects status, risks, budget to managers and stakeholders

• Creation of test plan and impact assessment documents. • Coordination of the reference table to ensure that all tables are loaded reference data as required. While UAT environments (User Acceptance Test) are good enough for testing. • Implementation and review scripts and commands created / executed in the UNIX server for testing and other activities to generate data such as account activation, creating use, file changes, billing processes. • Responsible for check treaceability matrix for specific projects. • Studies treatment systems existing information to assess the effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production, speed or workflow as required. • Conduct studies on the development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs. • Review the progress of the testing schedule.
