Finance Manager
Current• Management of financial processes, monthly reporting, financial planning, cash flow and forecasting. • Developing, implementing and taking care of continuous improvement of financial reporting and sales controlling measures.• Steer financial and commercial performance through financial oversight, reporting, analysis and support. • Close collaboration with management to proactively identify business patterns through quantitative data analysis.• Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the finance function, its processes, reporting, and forecasting. • Being part of subsidiary company’s Management Team as a proactive counterpart to the business; driving growth by i.e. understanding how our markets work, analyzing organizational effectiveness, taking part in developing processes.• Close collaboration with important partners (finance, audit, tools) and handling various administrative tasks to maintain and develop the financial operations, as well as to fulfill statutory obligations.• HR-related tasks such as responsibility of the payroll process of over 150 employees, managing HR records and employee information, taking care of employee contracts, onboarding, employment certificates etc. I am also analyzing HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.• Looking after diverse administrative tasks related to banking, insurance, and various authorities etc., and responsibility for other disciplines such as IT infrastructure and legal.
