At 9lives I worked as a manager for the healthcare workers who do the covid-19 tests as a substitute of an employee that was on a longer sick leave. The work consisted, problem solving, rota planning, recruiting and briefing new employees. Also daily routines are things like organizing work schedules for employees, answering to their questions and acting very swiftly in the problems that occur at the daily work.

HR contains recruiting new employees and training them to become assistans for people who have disabilities and need help at their every day life. At the customer service I mostly answer to calls from assited people and try to fill their needs. The sales part contains getting new customers and raising the cash flow by making assisted people use all their assisted hours. That's how the business works in a nutshell.
