Primarily, it provides facilities related to professional growth including placements, internships, soft skill training, industry related workshops, leadership discussions, management development programs, counselling sessions and many others.IIT Kharagpur is the birthplace of quality engineering education in India that was setup with the motto “योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्” and that is exactly what it stands for, excellence in action. It is the first, the largest and the most diversified among the IITs. The alumni of this Institute occupy top positions in business, industry, R&D and academia in India and abroad.There are more than 2000 students passing out every year and our robust placement procedure in place manages to provide each and every student a stepping stone to the corporate world.
