Primarily, it provides facilities related to professional growth including placements, internships, soft skill training, industry related workshops, leadership discussions, management development programs, counselling sessions and many others.IIT Kharagpur is the birthplace of quality engineering education in India that was setup with the motto “योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्” and that is exactly what it stands for, excellence in action. It is the first, the largest and the most diversified among the IITs.
