1.Follow up of all the procurement related works from Scrutinize Purchase Requisition, Verification of Specifications, Collection of Commercial proposals, Negotiation, Evaluation of quotations up to issuance of Purchase Order through SAP/ERP 2. Follow-Up of Pro forma Invoice (PI) & Letter of Credit (LC) processing. 3. Bill of Exchange processing including follow-up with the Banking Department. 4. To communicate with the Suppliers through e-mail for updating Payment Status 5. For any queries from the Banking department, Audit-Accounts. Regarding The deficiency of supporting documents, papers related with the Pro forma invoice arrange the documents, papers properly from the Concerned officials. 6. Responsible to lower lead time for delivery, cost optimization, and streamline complex processes, capacities Planning for resource allocation at warehouses and to achieve 100% distribution. 7. Prepared material aging report by SAP system with MM Module. 8. Prepare material stock by monthly 9. Prepare complete tracking report by making GR & GI in SAP/ERP system from WMM Module.
