In this case, I also responsible for platform installation as well (VMware/Openstack cloud-based environment) and related parties (EMC Storage, Network Switches, etc).- Successfully find bugs during Software Test which held together with R&D Engineering team and escalate this finding towards related team for fixes.- Conduct Test Case execution together with customer and successfully get acceptance in all occurrences.- Solving most ticket issues which escalated by Tier1/Level 1 from all over globe, and success to maintain the SLA and fix the issue within time frame. Any unsolved cases were more into bugs issues which then escalated to R&D Engineering team to be fixes. - Solve issues in timely manner (SLA maintained) during Emergency call-out cases.- Taking role from manager to deploy lab system and it was successfully done. I used my own solution to divide the C7000 HP Chassis to be installed of 2 different software system which normally only 1 Chassis per 1 software system. In this case, I also successfully configure OA, VC Flex, Brocade SAN Switch and the network switches to make this system run and connected.- Taking role from manager to support IT team and I successfully troubleshoot issues related with VMware vFarm using ansible-playbook command and ACL rule tools.- Successfully deploying software in the laptop on top of Oracle VirtualBox for showcase use- Successfully deploy software remotely which used for training purpose- One of the main contributor for knowledge-based system and proven that my solution was re-use by many other parties. I also have habit to make any notes for myself for any new guidance I found and record them on my own HOW-TO folder for future use.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES- Successfully solve issues escalated by New Zealand’s support team and always maintain the SLA- Successfully passed all the Acceptance Test Cases which conducted together with customer onsite.- Successfully deploy IMS software solution for one of biggest telecom company in several customer’s premises in Indonesia, e.g. Surabaya, Bandung and Jakarta- Being Team Leader for IMS/LTE project for one of biggest telecom company in Indonesia and the project successfully done without any important issues or delay.COMPLETED PROJECTS (SELECTED)- Deliver Internet Proxy Gateway solution onsite for one of biggest telecom company in Indonesia (2012)- Deliver IMS/LTE solution onsite for one of biggest telecom company in Indonesia (2012 – 2013)

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES- Successfully deliver number of projects, onsite and remotely, locally and abroad, and keep maintaining the project timeline.- Successfully solve many issues as Tier1/Level1 Technical Support with KPI/SLA maintained and some of them got escalated towards our Tier2/Level2 Support team in Malaysia as well.COMPLETED PROJECTS (SELECTED)- Deliver Online/Offline Charging Gateway solution onsite for one of biggest telecom company in India (2009)

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES- As Manage Service Technical consultant, I had solved many issues and successfully maintain KPI as agreed- Successfully configure and integrate our Online/Offline Charging Gateway solutions with other parties and make it up and running without any issues.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and managing 10+ telecom engineers in daily work activities to do fault monitoring 24x7, and successfully maintain KPI/SLA.- Design Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document for Fault Management operation and widely used by the team in daily basis. - Being Project Leader of CBOSS VAS Project

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES- Successfully manage and maintain KPI of any issues related with VAS network system under my responsibility - Successfully maintain VAS network performance with very minimum downtime/outage time over the years- Knowledge on managing eServ Messaging, SMSC Comverse, SMSC Huawei, MMSC Huawei, VoiceMail Comverse, Internet Proxy Gateway Huawei, Over the Air system, GGSN Ericsson and GGSN Huawei system.- Successfully managing and being System Administrator for NOC databases (Oracle & MS. SQL Server) and NT4.0 servers, and also KPI kept maintained during my tenure.
